I am off to CT with my ROBUD to see friends from high school and celebrate the graduation of Raymond Albert, who’s mother Amuses Me ( see June Second post )… there should be bbq and perhaps a pig-spit turning, as well as Sam Prekops album Meet Your New Professor playing for all the real-world noobs I am certain to encounter… you know the type… ah, graduates.

I just had an excellent dinner at Sweet Chili what with Dancing Shrimps and Tapioca Balls for desert… of course I choose the crazy chicken… the server looked at me and exclaimed “One crazy chick!” That’s me. More on this later… Pride weekend is a week away!

It is amazing how much more information I am creating and maintaining these days as opposed to only five years ago… Eliot & I hooked up my 1997 Quantum BIGFOOT 4gb harddrive into my pc and I have been rooting around on there… No more than a handful of pictures… few interesting programs such as cooledit, counterstrike… No real media to speak of. I wonder what I thought I was doing, spending all that time on the computer back in the day?
Now I am running on 80 g’s with an additional 80 external… for bulk & girth I push 900 g’s a month… my brain that is, not my CPU. my brain that is not my cpu? Think about that. With my Quantum BIGFOOT I now have an additional 4 g’s of lite storage for the whipped topping documents and margarine media… no room for heavy cream or thick butter…
I am eager to share the next part of my Brooklyn adventure but have not had the time… The 3rd arm is healthy once more, but that physical and financial well-being has only been possible with a hefty investment of my time… and in 4 hours I go to work, where I will stay morning noon & night unless I am crafty enough to escape like Kurt Russell escaped New York & LA.

As the Captain used to say to the Ram-Horned Hippo… “Rabble gumfer toober melon.” Which means, it’s easy enough to switch web servers… but then what to do when all of my links stop working. Well, just because the links on my website aren’t working does not mean that I don’t have to work. So I go to work. That’s no problem, easy enough to understand. “Rex.”

So I go to work, evidently, and then I return and hook up with the gracious man behind okpublic.com… we fix the links during my time off, so that they will all work, while I do not have to… Apologies.

I am back from Brooklyn amongst other Eastern areas and have begun to document these Memorial Day travels in the green column to your left. I was in Manhattan, New Haven, Guilford, and Salem, New Hampshire before returning to my home base away from home, based here in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I am working on some secret devices to up my PageRank for 3rdarm.biz… One not so secret way to help is if some of my friends could add my link to their Googable sites.
