I’m working on two videos and a third coming up on Sunday that say a little about local agriculture. I think if people understand how beautiful the practices of growing food are, that will make our food more compelling. Here is what I’m working on for City Farm.
Etta and I went to the Logan Square Farmers Market when it opened at 10AM and got golden beefsteak tomatoes from Iron Creek Farm and carrots from City Farm. We ate brunch at Longman and Eagle.
That’s a lot of local food. I want a Tastee Freez Reese’s Peanut Butter Freezee; Etta wants a donut filled with ice cream.
