5 Rabbit invited the staff of our restaurant out to visit the brewery on our day off. They hooked us up with a great transportation option, Chicago Brew Bus, who drove us down to the brewery by Midway airport. Brewmaster John J. Hall introduced us to the ingredients (hibiscus flowers and chamomile flowers, coriander and lime zest, ancho chile and piloncilo,) and lead us through the whole brewing process.
Afterwards we had a Q&A over tastes of 5 Rabbit beers and sandwiches. Big thank you to an awesome group of people putting out amazing craft beer!
