Chef Hector, just a heads up – I know everything is a work in progress because we are still working out closing side work for the servers and bussers and I had to do a ton of cleaning up after them Saturday too – the closing Saturday dishwashers left without taking out the compost, last 4 trash cans, and left the machine and floor pretty dirty with food scraps.
They did say something about it being so late and they needed to catch the last green line train. It was the first ever time being open on a Saturday so I totally don’t mind any of it but I am sure we will have many late nights happening all the time and they have to be ready to stay past the last train next time.
