Mood Scale: Felipe had two different tables ask him to describe their dishes in Spanish: table 76 party of 3 on the first turn and Carlos Saba of Marca Negra at the bar on the second turn. Being bilingual as well as having a large and creative vocabulary were 2 skills that moved the needle on our guests mood scale.

Shout out: Lynnea (and the entire team) delivered a top notch Lena experience for Phil Vettel and his friends on Tuesday night – so much so that Phil personally thanked her and said she did an awesome job. That was visit number 3!
