June 11 – Big Saturday with big heat. In today’s pre-shift meeting we went over end of night standards – making sure the room is immaculate and no candles blown out until last guest leaves. Big thanks to Leslie, Jeff, Lanie, and the hosts for helping make sure that was the case tonight!
