Big welcome to Wink Alan Stone to the 900 management team. As I understand, Wink will be doing part time management allowing Todd to focus on the fantastic brewery tours which bring so much good energy to Cruz Blanca. Wink’s no doubt been developing his focus on the details, passion and deep knowledge for beer, warm hospitality with the guests and cultivation of regulars, and his genuine and dry sense of humor, for years, and yet it all comes across as natural leadership. Great to have you on the team.
Mood Scale: The use of foil for tacos to-go helps keep the meat hot much longer, and at the same time it remains aesthetically pleasing, a good move all around. Please see attached photo from instagram user @justcluckinit. It was great to see that their to-go meal was so enticing they shared on instagram. The way the foil segments the meat filling from the tortillas reads very cleanly to my eye. They received comments saying this, “looks ah-mazing!”
