Great Wednesday with the staff firing on all cylinders from the staff meeting through the end of service. After our focus on the polishers yesterday, it was awesome to see them take on the feedback and make a little progress. Excited to motivate and mentor these guys as we go forward. “Back to school” week was expected to lower the number of walk-in guests, and yet the rain never materialized and we had an awesome week night.

MVP:  The HC was on fire tonight, from the warm welcomes and attention to guests through the shift, to the perfect balance of covers.  Big thank you to Harvey for making macaroni and cheese for the whole staff.

Tonight we said happy trails to bartender Eddie. Shoutout to Brigitte, Miguel and (fingers crossed, knock on wood) Luis who were all impressive in their training / trailing shifts.

Tom Skilling says… humidity is here to stay, for a few days at least.
