Mood Scale: Frankie does an amazing job with the sangrita for our michelada – we had 3 guests at the bar inquiring what I was taste testing and so I gave them a small sample. This piqued their interest and Frankie jumped in to describe the process of making sangrita, and how we serve it. We comped one michelada and split it 3 ways, and these guys said it was one of the best they’d had.
