The deft hand wielded the knife with amazing precision: the local Baja waters hiramasa had met it’s match.

Sashimi was unreal, so clean and perfect, served in a light cucumber broth. Oysters were out of this world.

And let me just say, as one who sits on the fence when it comes to the joys of uni. I finally saw the light. The best uni I have had in my life, was from Azuki Sushi.
