La Cocina de Doña Esthela


I think about this place in the back of my mind a lot. That breakfast.


The hash, the eggs, the chorizo, the lamb, oh my god the lamb was so aromatic and ridiculously good. The valley and the bull and the coffee.


What a way to face the day, like a delicious warrior. The chef is an amazing woman.


This was my first flour tortilla, just made, I want one. I want one right now.


Chef’s sweet corn pancakes are the dream within a dream that inceptions this restaurant into my thoughts.
