TJ is killing it with the street food. Telefónica Gastro Park is the kind of sexy scaleable street food showcase one should visit for a daily snack AND occasionally partake in all the pleasures at once for a rich, celebratory feast.
The level of execution from the raw hamachi in aguachile to incredible cauliflower mole tacos (one of the best vegetarian dishes I have ever had, btw, I am craving 100+ of them writing this) at all of the kitchens in the Gastro Park is tops. This place is like a magnet for delicious bites.
