After eating our way through Baja for the past four days you would think the group of boss chefs would be sated. Then Tortas Wash Mobile comes rolling up, and the aromas of carne getting the asada treatment throws everyone into a full on feeding frenzy.
Smoky, juicy, grilled steak torta with grilled pressed and mayonnaised telera bun, guacamole, pickled onions, fresh tomatoes and hot sauce.
Some of the chefs had to eat two, and three. It was insane. My mouth is watering just writing this and I have TO STOP NOW. 😀
