I took a trip up to Portland last Wednesday to see and photograph a restaurant called Fore Street. My manager is opening her own new restaurant next year and wanted to be inspired. I wanted to support her, and get out of Massachusetts for a day. The foliage on the drive up was worth it alone, but when we got there Fore Street blew me away. Check it out, and tell me Soto isn’t picking his nose:

Looks all market fresh, tastes like mushrooms on pasta? I think so. Nice.
birds over the Atlantic, decked out in Christmas tinsel, the West Wind wants to get your OK on dates and times before he sends me your way!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Arthur,
Adam set me up to read your blog and I am having fun with it. Must take exception to one early post: the CheezeIt vs Nip controversy. I have been studying this important issue since before you were born, and feel I must point out the exquisite crispness of the Its due to their superior flat, yet thin, shape. This also allows for more contact with the tongue, another vital attribute which make the Its superior. Please reconsider!! Always willing to share the advantage of my years of research with a fledgling disciple such as yourself… Adam’s Mother
