There was a poster showing a Spanish Superman taking flight, with the title, El Superhombre. It was stolen. Edison, a very good dishwasher and steward of the kitchen, created these stickers using duct tape. Its the kind of art that makes me think how, but never why. Its for the family.
Juan and Edison work the machine. Juan is kindest gentleman in the restaurant. He turned 64 two weeks ago, and was recently hospitalized for high blood pressure. Edison is a young man from Colombia (grillo means cricket). He works nonstop at several jobs, sometimes going all weekend on a just a few hours of sleep. Dishwashing is a hard job, and these are men of steel.
