Etta made me two of the best bagels I have ever had in life… and they were both vegan… Bagel #1 (pictured above): everything bagel with heirloom cherry tomatoes and herbs on Better Than Cream Cheese spread. Bagel #2 (pictured in my mind only): everything bagel with vegan chorizo and sauteed onions on Better Than Cream Cheese.
