Staff dedicated themselves to end the week as a team. We had to adjust to a slightly different support staff configuration than usual, with the party. The FOH team rocked it out and gave our guests top notch hospitality. Kudos to Lisa and the PDR team of Allie and Iggy for a successful party.
MVP: Flower has been doing a great job since she started as a polisher. Tonight was no different, she started on LB2, where they never ran out of silver or other supplies even with a 4 course party for 22. When we cut the Junior Varsity polishing unit of Abraam and Laura (who have to get up for high school … ugh … in the morning) just after 9PM, Flower took control of all polishing at 900 and finished the job beautifully.
