Goofy Green Sweater

We are in the dog days of winter. It snowed again on Sunday and the temperature is in the single digits in Chicago. I watched my elderly neighbor sweep snow from the sidewalk. His 20 year old chihuahua Goofy emerged from the house, alive, and wearing a small green sweater.
