The debates, the marathon, the day of the dead and the election- the fall brings change. For day of the dead we are building an altar at work to hold pictures of our passed away relatives. We are serving this dessert called pan de muerto. It’s brioche soaked in pumpkin maple syrup, with pumpkin mouse, pecans, pears, pomegranate seeds, and cherries soaked in tequila.
