The last day of our staff trip to Oaxaca, the chefs visited the enormous main market, Central de Abastos.
They planned a menu based on the ingredients indigenous to the three valleys and surrounding mountains, and then cooked dinner for the staff, family and friends at Casa de Los Milagros.
