Mercado Roma is to DF what Eataly is to NYC and Chicago: a paradise of culinary pleasures. We loved the collection of vendors in this very modern and stylish market. I was attracted to their locally produced cheese, coffee beans from the mountains of Chiapas, the agave spirit Sotol, and only wish I had purchased more truffles from Que Bo!
