Aunty went above and beyond in her own kitchen during our visit. The first night we had delicious meatloaf, mashed potatoes (my favorite) and glazed carrots (good for AJ’s eyes).
On Sunday, Aunty made a roast of pork loin. It slow-cooked in the oven for hours and was more than worth the wait! Not that any of us was busy doing anything while it cooked, or even changed out of our pajamas that Sunday…
