In the Ballroom, we were joined by 40 guests for the Bob K. Rehearsal Dinner.

The walk-in party of 3, served by R. I., were three grandmother-age ladies who must live nearby: one of the ladies’ granddaughter (who did not dine with the party) called first to check that we would have a table available, and also requested instructions for entry with the elevator. After their dinner, the ladies commented: “Wonderful place: wonderful job.” Bravo Chef, R. I., and team!

The W.’s (party of 4, tbl. 2, served by D.) were entertaining another couple. Mr. W. commented separately to both R. and me how much they enjoyed their evening. Bravo D., Chef and team!

E. called out.

For the sake of fair play, let’s please note that J. worked a patio shift where he only served 4 guests.
