Arturo lead our group through the Mercado San Juan: after Oaxaca and due to my lack of cooking skills and laziness, I paid more attention to the people than the produce.
Outside we stopped for tacos al pastor. Everyone was getting pretty full. What I liked about Arturo was his enthusiasm: “Would anyone like a second taco?” he asked and was met with pained faces, except mine. “I will do it if you will,” he said.
