Catalina Offshore is focused on doing the right thing by the ocean, and that’s the most rare and special quality of a seafood purveyor, that it was well worth our restaurants owner to fly a group of chefs out to see the facility and meet these folks.
What an amazing facility with a focus on uni, that began with one man driving his station wagon down to the shore and diving by hand.
