ULC Logbook, Sunday Brunch, November 7th, 2021:
We started with approx. 39 covers; between 11AM and 1:32PM we were joined by 13 parties of walk-in’s; we finished with 65 covers.
For BA’s, we were joined by: Mrs. D. (party of 2, tbl. 16); Diane A. (party of 2, tbl. 19); Benedict C. (solo, tbl. 20); Sam G. (party of 2, tbl. 15); and Peter T. (party of 4, tbl. 14).
There was 1 takeout order, for 2 entrees; the same guest also ordered last Sunday.
The Peter T. party, who got engaged at ULC on Sept. 10th, 2021, joined us today for brunch, and also to plan with C. their wedding at ULC for March 2023. The T.’s got me all jazzed up by saying the groomsmen are interested in taking a building history tour.
It was a beautiful Sunday for brunching, with enough sunshine to keep the front door propped open throughout, despite the underlying autumnal crispness.
