Chef’s At-Home Thanksgiving Dinner*:

First Course
Local Squash Soup. Truffle cream, toasted hazelnuts. 
Second Course 
Baby Spinach Salad. Roquefort cheese, caramelized pears, walnut dressing, toasted pecans. 
Main Course
Organic Turkey Roulade. Turkey breast wrapped in bacon, cornbread stuffing, chestnut & apple cider jus, home-made cranberry sauce from Bishop’s Orchards. Served with potato gratin, Brussels sprouts, fricassee of Seacoast Farm mushrooms. 
Caramelized Bishop’s Orchards Apple Tart. Mascarpone vanilla cream. 
Petit Fours 
Chef’s selection of three per person.
