ULC Logbook, Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021:
We started with approx. 114 covers. Seven guests joined as walk-in’s, which combined with same-day reservations, managed to offset several same-day cancellations. We finished with 118 covers.
We had one order for takeout, for BA Mr. B.
For BA’s, we were joined by: Dr. B. S. (party of 3, tbl. 14); Elie H. (party of 2, tbl. 6); Charles M. (party of 2, tbl. 2, daughter was married here in 2004); David D. (party of 5, tbl. 19); Stu R. (party of 4, tbl. 15); Roxanne C. (party of 4, tbl. 10); Elizabeth A. (party of 8, tbl. 5); Richard S. (party of 3, tbl. 12); Benedict C. (solo at bar).
Rose E. and Stephan J. (party of 4, tbl 11) will be having their ULC wedding in February 2022; had a successful walkthrough of the Ballroom with a floral consultant; commented on having a lovely dining experience with us this evening (bravo N.!)
Arpan R. (party of 10, tbl. 20+) joined us after they got married today. The R.’s (who brought in beautiful floral centerpieces for their table) send their appreciation to Chef, N. and the entire team for making an amazing dining experience on their big day.
