ULC Logbook, Sunday, May 22nd, 2022:
We started with 210 covers. There was attrition to the total by way of parties who joined us with less than the number of guests reserved for: there were no cancellations tonight. We finished with 187 guests.

The experience of dining at the Union League Cafe always makes us feel special.” Bravo A., Chef and team!

We started with 216 covers. We had 2 same-day cancellations (R. is aware): a party of 6 reserved for 5:30PM; a party of 12 reserved for 8PM. We finished with 189 guests.
