Jonathan has started bartending lunches at Frontera Grill. I am so happy to see him take this step and he is already doing a great job. This was one of my long term goals. Dan Jones introduced Jonathan to me as his right hand man. The man from Tijuana teaches me and all those around him so much I had to start calling him Maestro. I can’t wait to see how his creativity blooms behind the stick.
