Deann loves to end meetings with highs and lows.  We do this at the end of every trip the chefs and managers make together to Mexico.  Today the FOH managers played a variation of this game, and went around the circle sharing our best and worst attributes as a manager.

It’s said that upwards of 90% of success is owed to just showing up. My greatest weakness is that I need to show up earlier: maybe then I wouldn’t stay so late.

My strength is in looking forward, thinking about the future.  When it was Larry’s turn, he simply recited the “Prayer for Senior Citizens.”
