At work, I have been knee deep in crocodiles for weeks. I am getting Xoco re-certified by the Green Restaurant Association, hopefully retaining our three stars for sustainability. Among many other steps, this has involved getting together every invoice for food, beverage, paper products, cleaning chemicals, you name it, for 2 months. That’s a lot of stuff. We are also working to implement the new online ordering system…and had a menu change…
Speaking of menu change, the in-house graphic designer Roxanna redesigned the entire menu layout. It was a radical change: from a portrait-oriented booklet form with a cover and 3 menu pages, to a single landscape-oriented page with 2 sides. This way, the menu formats between Xoco 1 and Xoco 2 will be in sync.
